Please download the "Registration Form". Print this form, fill it out and mail/fax it to the address specified in the form.

Conference Hotel Reservations and Transportation
Please contact the Rosen Plaza Hotel directly at 1-800-627-8258 for reservations. Reference the Habitation Conference for which the following rates apply: $145.00 (single or double); $165.00 (triple); $185.00 (quad). (The Rosen Plaza Hotel, 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819). The hotel does not provide free transfers to/from the Orlando airport; please see the shuttle information available here.

To arrange for a $65 room rate at a nearby hotel (available through November 21, 2005 only), students should download and complete the "Student Housing Request and Flight Application Form" and either fax or email this to Sheila Bergman at Tally Ho Travel (Tel: 1-800-354-4484, or 914-592-4316; Fax: 914-592-3557; Email: Tallyho475@aol.com).
